Journal of Philology and Codicology Cathexis Studies (JPCCS) does not charge authors for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, publication, or access to published articles.

Authors are not required to make any payment as a condition for editorial consideration or publication.
Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and compliance with journal policies.
No payment, sponsorship, donation, or other financial consideration can guarantee acceptance or accelerate the peer-review decision.
If the journal introduces publication charges in the future, the applicable amount, payment stage, waiver conditions, and effective date will be published transparently before they apply to new submissions.
